1. Service Description

TwoCals is a calendar synchronization service that enables users to sync calendars across multiple providers (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook) by creating "busy" blocks to prevent double-booking. The service is provided by Fred Pedersen, operating under the name TwoCals.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

By creating an account with TwoCals, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of unauthorized account access

You must be at least 18 years old to use TwoCals.

TwoCals offers two subscription tiers:

For Pro plan subscriptions:

• Payments are processed through Stripe and charged on your stated billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all recurring subscription fees.
• Billing is automatic unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
• We are not responsible for declined payments due to expired or incorrect payment information.
• Refunds are not available for partial months or used subscription periods, except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TwoCals for:

• Illegal activities or violation of any applicable laws
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service or other systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the service architecture
• Creating spam, bots, or automated tools that overload our infrastructure
• Violating the terms or policies of third-party services (Google, Microsoft, etc.)

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.

6. Service Availability and Maintenance

TwoCals is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service (we have no formal SLA)
• Absence of downtime for maintenance or updates
• Real-time synchronization in all circumstances

We will provide notice of scheduled maintenance when possible but are not liable for service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• TwoCals and Fred Pedersen are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for data loss, unauthorized access, or security breaches resulting from your actions or third-party services.
• We are not liable for any damages caused by your misuse of the service or failure to maintain account security.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• Immediately if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• For non-payment of Pro plan fees
• At our sole discretion for any reason with 30 days' notice

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account in settings. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TWOCALS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of TwoCals after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Estonia, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
